wanting more

i could see this being an intro for a really long song. i really like the sound of it, but when the voice echo faded out in the end, i kinda wanted it to keep going. i personally saw it picking rite back up after a moment of silence with a reinforced beat and some of the guitar sounds i caught in the background around 1:40, just louder. i really wanted it to get to that high poin of the song where the sound is really full, and all of the soft melodic sounds you already have would only enhance it. what you have is wonderful, and theres no exaggeration whatsoever when i say it sounds like flying (at night during a dry lightning storm to be more specific). i just really want it to keep going. i want it to reach that mindbreaking point of pure awe.

now, have a nice day.

boom boom boom

its much better once the beat comes in. i would suggest having a bit more of a specific melody to follow, and to incorporate the good beats through the whole song. maybe aternate the beat? anyway, on your way to something great. the sound quality is perfect, and i can say no less for the mood.

good day.

hmm.

youre pushing dubstep with this one. its not dubstep, but it is just reaching similarity. anyway, not a bad song. i almost wanna download it, but im picky about my music.

good day.

expEEErimeentsss...

okay, so i like the experimentation. the sounds that youve put in there are interesting, and genre bending can always be a plus. thing is, while i like the idea, its this particular song that im not really feeling it with. i think you need to find a way to pull some awesome out if your new sounds and use it to really make the song. do something to have it stand out and really make a unique feeling for itself. right now its so repetative its just like two and a half miniutes of sound. there are no strong pieces/parts that really build the song. maybe if there were a way you could get the steam-y sounds to wobble you could do a lot with that. it would relate it to dubstep more, too.

I agree whole-heatedly. If I ever decide I want to really make something out of this, I will definitely keep that in mind.

superheart the vocals

they have to be my favorite part of it all. i love what youve done with this. it needs improvement, but its such a fantastic clash of genres i cant help but love it. the intro could be improved the most, i think, because the base and vocals pull the rest of the song together. it seemed as if you were just experimenting with the sound before starting your actual idea for the song. regardless, i hope to see you continue with this mishmash of sound. i dont think i could find it just about anywhere else, and i definitely want to find more.

no.

this does not deserve to touch the top five. it should not be in it. people, please be careful when you hand out your 5's. its complete and has a cute melody, but it is not that good.

and we progress

it makes me think of all the technologic and communicational advacements people have made in the past hundred years or so. i see a reel playing in my head that goes from the first and simplest technologies that revolutionized the way we live and moves through time until the world in itself grows to be more urban and interwoven in communications. it kind of has me going trough mental images of everything between the light bulb and touch screen phones, games, and computers.

this would make me want to play a game

i could see this being part of a beautiful game. i cant help but start to imagine the story in my head. it has a sort of "you can do anything" emphasis to it, almost as if in the story line you play as no more than an ordinary person but end up...well, saving the world.

i can get into it

the intro threw me off some, but i can honestly say i was abled to enjoy the song. this is my first time ever coming across any speedcore, but it is definitely now in my preferred genres. i think as far as the intro goes, i was looking more for some muted badassedness pulled into full sound with the beats you had spotting it. i think something similar to the sound you had already would work fine if maybe it had some sort of melody in it instead of seeming to wobble around with no direction. this is just regarding the very beginning of the entry into the song, just so you know. my concerns fade when the deep voice like sound bleeds into a beat.

I'm afraid I'm feeling too lazy to provide a suitable response for this highly insightful review, but I'm glad you enjoyed it!
